Refund policy
1. Pre-Order Information
The Deluxe Detangler is currently available for pre-order.
The product has been fully manufactured and is currently in transit to Mayotte. We anticipate receiving inventory by the end of April 2026 and expect to begin dispatching customer orders during May 2026.
All delivery and dispatch dates are estimates and may change.
2. Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)
You may request a full refund at any time before your order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been issued, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Shipping Delays
If dispatch is delayed for operational reasons within our control, we will:

Accept responsibility for the delay
In such cases, you may request a full refund before shipment.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, weather events, port congestion, or government actions.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your Deluxe Detangler:

Has a manufacturing defect

Is incorrect

Clear photo or video evidence
If approved, we will:

Provide a replacement at no cost; or

Issue a refund if replacement is unavailable
We reserve the right to verify all claims.
5. No Returns for Non-Defective Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that are received in good condition and function as intended.
Please review product information carefully before purchasing.
6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Rights (If Applicable)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery under applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be:

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
